Until he Comes

Peter’s announcement that “the end of all things is at hand” is not a call to speculation or fear, but to ordinary Christian faithfulness. Until Christ comes, His people are to think clearly and pray, love one another earnestly, open their lives to one another through hospitality without grumbling, and faithfully use what God has entrusted to them for the good of others. The grace is God’s, the strength is God’s, and all the glory belongs to Christ.
