Paul has poured out his heart in an expression of praise to God for his grand and glorious plan for the universe and his people. God lavishes his goodness, grace, and blessing through the Holy Spirit to all who are in Christ Jesus. Before creation, God chose his people before the foundation of the world to liberate them from thier bondage to sin. This grand and glorious plan, in the fullness of time, will manifest when all things are united in Christ -- things on heaven and things on earth.
